Return and Exchange Policy
We want to make finding the right pyjamas easy. So we’ve extended our satisfaction guarantee, whereby you can request for an exchange/return within 7 days from date of delivery.
- We allow 7 business days from date of delivery from the date of request for items to be returned back to us.
- Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all strings and tags attached.
- All exchange and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please choose a registered shipping option as lost parcels are not eligible for a refund.
3) How to apply for return or refund :
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the title "RETURNS /EXCHANGES - Order #XXXX"
- We will then conduct a quality control check to examine if the returned product is qualified for exchange/partial/full refund and revert back to you on the next steps.
